Description of internship position:
Reporting to and working with the Executive Director, Diversity and Inclusion for Prisma Health, the intern will be an important member of the team as an Inclusion Partner and will have responsibilities of strategic diversity-related project management, team member focused network building and promotion of inclusion practices. Additionally, the intern will assist with planning and implementation of organization-wide programs, services, activities and initiatives related to diversity and creating a welcoming environment for all. The Intern as an Inclusion Partner serves as a catalyst to leverage diversity best practices and resources to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging where team members from all racial and ethnic identities and other diversity dimensions, are able to thrive and be engaged. The Intern assist to provide strategic and programmatic leadership to advance a culturally competent workforce and organizational culture for One Prisma Health and works across the enterprise, in collaboration with team members on promoting institutional equity.
