Description of internship position:
Description:
The internship position will focus on assisting in the setup of a comprehensive company directory and the implementation of a new call accounting software. The primary tasks will involve auditing and cleaning up existing directory data, labeling information accurately, and programming the call accounting software to integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. The intern will work closely with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and functionality of the directory and call accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and clean up existing directory data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Label directory information according to established guidelines and standards.
Program and customize the new call accounting software to meet the company’s specific needs and integrate it with existing systems.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to directory setup and call accounting software implementation.
Provide regular updates and reports on progress to the supervisor or project manager.
Assist in training staff members on how to use the new directory and call accounting software effectively.
